Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The evil eye is real and if anything were to overtake the divine decree, it would be the evil eye.” (Muslim)

If you feel you are affected by Evil Eye, know that the best Raqi (person who does Ruqya to cure someone) is YOU! You do it on yourself and others daily. Evil eye is real and people end up in tradigy.

After Fajar and Maghreb Recite Surah Al-Falaq and An-Naas (chapters 113 + 114) three times daily, so you may be constantly protected from morning through to the night.

  1. Constant yawning. For example, you start praying, and you constantly are yawning and tears come out of your eyes.
  2. Constant shaking/shivering
  3. Crying for no reason
  4. Face becoming pale
  5. Loss of appetite and there is no medical reason behind it.
  6. Isolation and disliking people.
  7. Not having appetite for food or being in social gatherings.
  8. Sudden onset of many sicknesses.
  9. Constant dizziness.
  10. Laziness and procrastination.
  11. Constant anger. And this is one of the BIGGEST signs of the Evil Eye.
  12. Fearing that you will die and get a terminal illness. You are constantly shaking and saying: “I am going to die.”
  13. Having suicidal thoughts. You become extremely depressed whilst you were totally fine before. (It is the evil eye that has most likely made you depressed. And Shaytan wants you to despair and no one despairs from the mercy of Allah except those who disbelieve in Him.)
  14. Constant vomiting, especially during Ruqya.
  15. During ruqya, you start to sweat, yawn, tears come out of the eyes, have diarrhoea. These are all good signs of curing the Evil Eye.
  16. Constant headaches on one side of the head. You go through more medication than you do bread and milk

This is a good talk on the subject ahmadjibril.com/page-7/page-84…

May Allah ﷻ protect us from Envy and the Evil Eye. May Allah ﷻ grant us the knowledge and understanding according to the sunnah of our beloved prophet ﷺ

Another dua for protection: A’oodhu bi kalimat-illah il-tammati min sharri ma khalaqa (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created).

Before Surah al-falaq and an-naas were revealed the prophet ﷺ would recite this over his beloved grandsons Hassan and Hussain.

U’idhukuma bikalimatil lahit-tammah, min kulli shaytanin wahahmmah, wa min kulli ‘ayinin lammah (I seek refuge for you in the prefect words of Allah ﷻ, from evey devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every bad eye)

It is recommended that you do Hijama (cupping) with Ruqya. The beloved Prophet ﷺ used to do cupping too.
